Farmhouse with pool, barbecue

This cozy farmhouse in Valdipetrina, near Città di Castello, offers a peaceful Umbrian retreat for three guests, and a pet companion. Featuring terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen, the home includes a comfy upstairs bedroom, a private terrace, and access to a garden with a shared pool (open May–Sept). Just 5 km away, explore Città di Castello’s artisan shops, lively markets, and the Pinacoteca Comunale. Day trips to Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and across the Tuscan border to Arezzo or Cortona offer history and wine-tasting adventures.

Dining options abound: enjoy Umbrian classics at Il Fiorentino or Pappa e Ciccia, refined fare at Le Logge, casual eats at Tankard Pizza & Food, or piadina at Vecchia Rimini. Buligame serves up hearty burgers, while Il Grottino and Testone deliver warm local flavors. Whether picnicking among olive groves, relaxing poolside, or sampling regional cuisine, this farmhouse provides an enchanting countryside escape.
