The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a mini dishwasher and opens onto a beautiful sunny terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a drink at sunset. The bathroom with shower and toilet has been completely renovated and offers modern comfort. For your entertainment, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix are available. The residence enjoys an excellent location: within walking distance of shops and the tram stop, and right on the seafront and beach. A perfect spot to enjoy the sea, the sun, and pure relaxation!
