The bright and spacious living room opens onto a cozy terrace with breathtaking sea views—the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast at sunrise or watch the sunset over the water. The fully equipped open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Both bedrooms open onto a sunny rear terrace with open views, perfect for quiet moments of relaxation. The apartment also includes a storage room with a washer and dryer, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. This perfectly located residence is just steps away from shops, public transport, and within walking distance of the new Casino, making it the ideal base for an unforgettable seaside holiday.
