The ground floor features a welcoming living and dining area complete with a dining table and direct access to the terrace, as well as an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower rooms with WC are also available within the property. The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a cosy and characterful atmosphere. The first room contains 1 double bed, the second room contains 2 beds, the third room contains 1 double bed, and the fourth room contains 2 beds. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties, and each of the 2 distinct living units has its own kitchen.
