Summary:
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Sleeping up to 5 at this cosy two-bedroom, traditional end-terrace house on Cornwall Gardens, situated in the ever popular area and convenient location of Newland Avenue. Close to excellent local amenities, transport links and a two-minute walk to the avenues. Hull University is also only a 10 minute walk away if you are visiting family that study here. Park here for free.
The Space:
You will have access to the whole house. On entry to the property you will find yourself in the living room. In here you will find the TV and router. Going through the living room you will find the kitchen with the washing machine and oven. The fridge/freezer is located between the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower.
Up the winding stairs you will find the front bedroom in front of you. In here is a double bed and sofa bed. Please inform us if you need this making up. In the back bedroom is another double bed. Both rooms having hanging racks. In the back bedroom is a cupboard with the boiler should you need access. The thermostat should be located in the kitchen or on top of the fridge.
Guest Access:
Access is achieved through the lockbox which is located to the right of the front door.

The property is just a 2 min walk to enjoy the many popular bistros, restaurants and bars in the lively Newland Avenue area, yet far enough away to have a quiet retreat. Close to Hull University (10 min walk) and 5 minutes by road to Hull City Centre. The MKM Stadium is only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away.
