Located in a tranquil setting with a generous natural plot of 1100 m², it’s a perfect retreat for families or friends who want both peace and proximity to the coast. With three terraces—partially covered—you can enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise, a leisurely lunch in the open air, or cozy evenings grilling under the stars. Inside, the bright living room with large windows frames panoramic views of the sea, creating a beautiful backdrop whether you’re relaxing by the wood-burning stove or gathering around the dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, making mealtimes easy and social. The house has three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin beds—providing comfortable spaces for up to six guests. The property blends modern comforts with its natural surroundings. Energy-friendly solutions, TV with both Danish and German channels, and a charming interior ensure a comfortable stay. Just 50 meters from the coast, with excellent fishing opportunities nearby and a restaurant within a short drive, this seaside retreat invites you to slow down, recharge, and savor the beauty of the Danish coastline.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Der Wind / Sturm hatte alles draussen durcheinander gepustet. Dafür kann niemand etwas. Ein Anfang (in DK selten) war die Bedienungsanleitung für WW und Heizung. Kann man aber besser machen. Keine Beschreibung von der Split-Klimaanlage und der Programmierung der Heizkörper, wenn es denn mal kälter wird. Sonst sehr schön und dicht am Wasser. Wenn man Glück hat, gibt's einen schönen Sonnenaufgang.... :o))
