There is a full 570 m2 spread over 2 floors, which i.a. offers seven bedrooms and a loft, so the house functions as an exclusive holiday home with 22 beds. On the ground floor you will find four bedrooms and a bathroom, a lovely kitchen with a good dining area and fantastic views of the Kattegat, which is in open connection with several exclusive living rooms with grand piano and fireplace. as well as activity rooms with i.a. pool table. On the 1st floor there are three large bedrooms, a unique bathroom with whirlpool and sea view as well as a large living room with many cozy nooks and access to an east-facing roof terrace and loft and activity room with i.a. pool table. The house is located only 50 meters from the Kattegat on a large plot with its own lake and plenty of space for relaxation, ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.
