In addition, fantastic views of the area / dunes from the large window section. The house is also energy-friendly with a heat pump and thus the possibility of lower consumption. There is both a washer and dryer. The house is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen / family room and is modernly furnished and equipped with a flat screen TV with both Danish and German channels, free, high-speed internet. The kitchen is in high quality, among other things, well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, separate oven with grill and built-in microwave function, extractor hood, dishwasher and coffee machine. Kitchen / living room with large dining table and direct access to the house's larger terraces with good garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
