This smaller holiday home is located in the popular holiday area of Folle Strand, only about 250 meters from the beach. From the terrace you can enjoy a view of the sea, making this a lovely base for a relaxing coastal break. Inside, the home features an open kitchen connected to the living room, where the stove also creates a cozy atmosphere. The television does not have channels but is equipped with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own entertainment. The bedroom includes a double bed with a width of 120 cm, while additional sleeping spaces are available on the double sofa bed in the living room and in a bunk bed located in the hallway. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, providing all the essentials for your holiday stay. Outdoors, the property offers a carport for convenient parking as well as swings for children to enjoy. The terrace is the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee while enjoying the view towards the sea. The surrounding area invites you to explore and offers excellent opportunities for excursions. Visit the nearby National Park Mols Bjerge for hiking and nature experiences, or spend a day in the city of Aarhus to enjoy cultural attractions, shopping, and dining. Please note The house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
