Boutique Villa Pellegrini is located on the hill above the center of Verbania Suna in an extremely sunny and panoramic position. The sun is available all day thanks to its perfect south-southwest orientation and 200° panorama. At night you can see the Alps, all the Borromean Islands and the lights of the cities of Pallanza, Suna, Stresa and Baveno.

The ultra-modern and elegant Villa is rented out to guests who will reside there exclusively, enjoying total privacy (the upper floors of the Villa will remain closed, used exclusively by the German owner during periods when the Villa is not rented out). The Villa is on two levels, both with lake views. On the lower floor is the pool house which is a real flat with large panoramic lake view windows overlooking the pool. Inside the pool house there is a modern super-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a large designer bathroom with hydro-massage and light shower. Next to the bathroom is an area with a French bed that still enjoys good privacy. Highlight the pool house is a large, bright double bedroom with a sitting area with large windows and a view of the pool and lake. In front of the pool house is the exclusive swimming pool measuring 10x4, depth 1.40, with sun loungers around it and a shower; the area is completed by a large outdoor lounge, a bar table with seats and the barbeque. Everything is shaded by automatic awnings. From the garden you go up to the upper floor and access the separate area of the villa which has a very large, partially covered panoramic terrace at the front with a beautiful lake view. Inside there is an elegantly furnished living room with a large sitting room with three sofas, one of which becomes a double bed, a large TV and a very large dining table. Next to the living room is the kitchen, which is very well equipped. From here there is access to a small service laundry room on one side. On the other side there is another direct access to the splendid terrace with a wonderful table for outside dining. Completing this floor is the sleeping area with a double bedroom with lake view, access to the front terrace and another bedroom with two single beds that can easily be moved closer together. The elegant bathroom has a large shower and double washbasin. From the living room through a door there is a direct access to the very large and safe garage that can accommodate up to three cars.
