The lovely relaxing holiday Villa Flora sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms (240 m²):
- The spacious and bright living room features a cosy sitting area with TV and large sliding doors leading onto the terrace with stunning lake views. There is also an open-plan kitchen and dining area (which can be separated from the living area by sliding doors) and a toilet.
- Going up a few steps you reach the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom with tub and one bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower enclosure). All bedrooms have access to a shared balcony overlooking the garden and the lake.
- Going down to the lower floor you’ll find the fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the garden. Bathroom with shower. Laundry area.

The living room opens out onto a decked terrace which has a retractable awning and is perfect for 'al fresco' dining, sipping some cocktails or just chatting and relaxing while soaking up the views on Lake Maggiore. The villa is set in a large private park (8000 m²) with a beautifully manicured lawn, shady trees, flowering plants and bushes. The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking complete with sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. You can wander around the garden, enjoy the sun or shade with benches to sit and day-dream over the panoramic views on Lake Maggiore.

The vacation home ‘Villa Flora’ is located on a quiet residential hill next to the town of Pallanza Verbania. With walking distance (600m) you’ll reach the charming centre with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Stroll along the lakeside promenade or hop on a ferry to explore the delights of Lake Maggiore including the Borromeo Islands, the town of Stresa, the monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the Angera castle and you can even go all the way to Switzerland.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA FLORA:

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 750 euro
- Heating (seasonal): metered according to consumption
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
- Swimming pool seasonally opened approximately from mid-May to mid-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- A housekeeper family (2 adults and 1 child) with 1 small dog (Jack Russell terrier) lives in a separate part of the house (with independent entrance) and takes care of the garden and swimming pool. They will not interfere with your stay and while respecting your privacy, they will be happy to answer you any questions you might have.
- There is no air conditioning in this villa, but fans are available.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.
- Parts of the garden is bordered by an iron fence protecting from a steep drop: please pay attention especially with children. All guests are advised to take care during hours of darkness when using the garden steps as they are not lit.
