A beautiful, well-maintained, clean and carefully looked-after property. The large outdoor area is wonderful and very well equipped, with several spaces to relax, both in the sun and in the shade. The outdoor kitchen is excellent and offers beautiful sea views. The pool area is also absolutely delightful. Just a 5-minute drive from Scopello and 3 minutes from Guidaloca Beach. Highly recommended!

5/5 stars for the grounds and location. The outdoor areas were spectacular. We cooked / had dinner in the outdoor kitchen one night. The pool was clean and beautiful day and night. The outdoor showers were awesome. While it was too hot to play tennis, having the court is a great option. All very well kept. The view from the villa is insane. Worth it for the grounds.I will say the villa itself is a bit small and dated - especially the electrical and plumbing. For example, running all of the air conditioners and having the lights on at the same time caused a power outage (which we fixed by resetting the breaker). Also could not flush toilet paper. Not a problem, just somethings to be aware of when staying in an older home out in the mountains. With that being said, the AC worked well (important for us Americans in the summer), the property manager was responsive and helpful, and the villa had what we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a short drive to scopello (incl. tonnara di scopello which we highly recommend) and castelmarre del golfo. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you plan on using the outdoor amenities and want promiximity to nearby attractions. If you plan on being inside a lot, you might want something more updated / spacious.

Nous avons passé un sejour memorable dans ce lieu vraiment idylique. Pour commencer la ville est merveilleusement situee en hauteur sur la colline et elle offre une vue panoramique sur toute 'a vallee jusqu'à la mer. La propriéte est admirablement concue sur un terrain tres pentu. Elle offre une succession d'espaces organises en terasses successives sur lesquels sont amenages les jardins et les différents espaces de loisirs. Chacun de ces espaces offre également une vue plongeante sur le paysage tels le terrain de tennis ou la piscine. Quelle merveille que de se promener au milieu de ces jardins ou de ces lieu de detente paysagers. Mais le clou du spectacle c'est peut-être l'arrivee sur la villa elle meme car elle est situee juste derriere la paroi rocheuses de la colline lequel est merveilleusement mis en valeur notamment le soir par des éclairages qui plongent le visiteur dans un milieu feerique. Je n'ai rien a reprocher, meme si la perfection n'existe pas il est difficile de trouver un seul point negatif. La maison est bien amenagee tres confortable. Il ne manque absolument rien. Elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et meme plus. On s'y sent immédiatement comme chez soi et a l'aise. A l'extérieur on ne compte plus les tables ou l'on peut manger ou prendre le cafe devant le magnifique panorama. Un de nos meilleurs souvenirs de vacances. Nous songeons sérieusement a y revenir prochainement.

Encore merci pour cet accueil tellement chaleureux La villa est décorée avec goût et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Une vue imprenable qui nous permet de profiter des extérieurs quoique soit le temps Professionnel et à l’écoute, réactif à nos besoins le séjour était merveilleux. Nous regrettons de ne pas être resté plus longtemps ! L’emplacement de la maison est idéal pour profiter du calme, d’une vue à couper le souffle tout en étant entouré de lieux somptueux à visiter. Nous reviendrons, et nous n’avons pas fini d’en parler à notre entourage Encore merci pour avoir contribué à nos merveilleuses vacances en famille Grazie mille
