About this property

Ocean View Villa With Unique Architecture With Swimmingpool. No Pets Allowed

The perfect place for relaxation, cosy getaways, and water sports. With the ocean just a few metres away, you can head out whenever you like. We have 4 SUPs available, and you can borrow a small motorboat from our neighbour upon request.
Go fishing for mackerel, then fire up the BBQ and prepare an excellent dinner in the large kitchen, which seats at least 8 guests. The kitchen is nicknamed the “command bridge” after the huge ships and the feeling you get standing in front of the imposing kitchen island.
The house was built in 1977, and the architecture isn’t very Swedish at all—it’s more in the Danish style of the ’60s and ’70s. Our friends call it the James Bond house, with a 24-meter-long window wall facing the ocean and a total of three skylights (the full moonlight is amazing).
Door-to-door, by public transport (bus and train), you can reach Gothenburg Central Station in 60 minutes. By car, it’s 35 minutes. Within 10–15 minutes, you can reach Kungsbacka for shopping and services. Check out @kobbaviken on Instagram.
