The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size, a third-floor double and a third-floor twin with family bathroom, plus a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private front patio with furniture, communal, enclosed dog paddock and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4 miles, you will find a shop and within 3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Fern Cottage is a charming escape for your next retreat in Devon. The enchanting Exmoor National Park, with its rolling hills, wooded valleys, wild deer and pretty villages like Combe Martin, Lynmouth and Simonsbath enchants all who visit, whilst the wildlife and remote natural beauty leading from the high moor down to the sea attracts visitors from far and wide.
