The Linhay near West Down, Devon sleeps two guests in one bedroom.
The Linhay is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, slimline dishwasher, coffee machine, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV. There is one king-size bedroom and an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a private front patio with furniture, communal, enclosed dog paddock and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4 miles, you will find a shop and within 3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Linhay is a charming escape for your next retreat in Devon.

The village is home to a lovely Norman church, a CAMRA recommended 14th Century pub serving real ales and fine wines and a local shop, whilst the surrounding countryside offers many great walking and cycling opportunities. The surfer's paradise of Woolacombe, with its long sandy beach is just 4 miles away and only 5 miles to the North is the coastal resort of Ilfracombe, with its pubs, clubs and great visitor attractions. The enchanting Exmoor National Park, with its rolling hills, wooded valleys, wild deer and pretty villages like Combe Martin, Lynmouth and Simonsbath enchants all who visit, whilst the wildlife and remote natural beauty leading from the high moor down to the sea attracts visitors from far and wide.
