This modern studio apartment is situated in the hip and happening suburb of Clifton in the beautiful mother city of Cape Town. Centrally located, you will be only a short distance from some of the most popular restaurants, bars, night clubs and a long stretch of the most spectacular beaches. Although compact, this apartment is perfect for couples or the solo traveler and is bound to open its doors to an unforgettable getaway.
The fully equipped kitchen provides for all your culinary needs and includes a washing machine for your convenience as well as an intimate dining space seating two people comfortably. The cozy lounge area, fitted with a flat screen TV, is the perfect spot for some down time while you watch your favourite TV programs. Leading out from the lounge, through glass sliding doors, is a gorgeous undercover balcony where you can soak up some sun and take in the fresh sea breeze.
The bedroom in this unit offers a comfy double bed with bed side tables and sufficient cupboard space. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are included in your stay.
Whether you are staying in or venturing out visiting the nearby attractions, you will not be disappointed during your stay at Clifton Studio 104.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 57 Victoria Road Bantry Bay
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
