The sleeping area is located on the second mezzanine floor and consists of a double bed with wardrobe, small external terrace and adjacent bathroom.
Located a few steps from the sea, the beach is easily reachable on foot.

- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
