The cottage has three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a single, along with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a sitting room with a gas fire. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. To the outside of the cottage is on road parking on a first-come-first-served basis and an enclosed courtyard patio to the rear with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Pets allowed. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.5 mile or less. Little Gull Cottage is superb for families to enjoy a true seaside holiday in Weymouth’s town centre. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 200 GBP. Please note: the property has open tread central stairs to first floor, please take care. Please note: Pets should be kept off all soft furnishing e.g. sofas, please bring your own pet blankets to allow them on the sofas.
