From the Montecatini Centro train station you can easily reach cities of great historical importance such as: Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and many others!

Located on the third and top floor of a historic building from the early 1900s, the apartment ensures total privacy and tranquility.
Located in the center of Montecatini, it allows you to have all services in the immediate vicinity.

From the main door you enter the beautiful corridor in precious resin which leads to the two doors that separate the two apartments. One is reserved for guests and the owner lives in the other

Upon entering the apartment we find the corridor, also in resin, which leads to the kitchen-living area, bedrooms and bathroom.

The living area is very welcoming, Smart TV, large sofa, comfortable and modern chairs. You can enjoy the evenings with friends!

The kitchen is complete and functional and will allow you to prepare your dishes exactly like at home; is equipped with:

The apartment is located on the third and top floor and is accessed via a large and comfortable condominium stairwell.

Arriving by train: From the Montecatini Centro station you can easily reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

If you arrive by car:
Montecatini motorway exit then continue following the signs for the centre.
Parking on the street under the apartment is subject to charges every day from 8:00 to 20:00.

Free parking: convenient and close to the apartment. It's about a 5 minute walk away
