Four bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 x ground-floor family room with 4’ double and king-size bed, en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 x ground-floor family room with king-size and single bed, en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, accessible wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. First-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, an enclosed rear garden with picnic bench, access to a shared area with duck pond and barbecue area. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop within 3.6 miles and a pub within 1 mile. Note: There are steps throughout the property, please take care.
