The suburb of Milnerton is considered one of Cape Town’s most popular
and beautiful, with views of the Atlantic Ocean from a gorgeous
family-friendly beachfront and a vibrant atmosphere. Discovery and
adventure will form part of any vacation here, and this stunning
1-bedroom self-catering apartment is perfect for business travellers,
couples on a quick getaway or single explorers.
This gorgeous holiday apartment is bright and modern, with colourful
decor and eye-catching art on the walls. The living area is open
planned and displays stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table
Mountain, while a small balcony is the perfect setting to take in a
famous Cape Town sunset. The fully-equipped kitchen is great for
creating a fantastic meal, has cosy seating for 2, and looks out toward
the ocean views. The bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan,
accessing the bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, toilet and single
sink.
From this apartment, exploring more of the area is a breeze. There are
several restaurants, bars, shopping malls, and outdoor attractions
within easy distance, including the stunning beach. The exciting City
Centre is only a short drive away and also accessible by catching an
affordable MyCiTi bus. Holiday guests can enjoy the city’s famous
nightlife, art and shopping scene, or spend a day on Milnerton beach
surfing, swimming or simply sunbathing.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at Lagoon Beach Drive, Milnerton.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
The property manager will hand over a set of keys consisting of the following:
Set of keys - 2 Keys for the front door and 1 for the sliding door.
