Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement with this chic 2-bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor of a secure residential building (without an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

This is a well-appointed top-floor apartment with great light and a real sense of being above the city. The two bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and a double bed respectively, both with superior quality mattresses, and the rooms face the courtyard. The shower room and a separate WC are both accessible via the hallway. A flat-screen Smart TV and a comfortable living area give you a great place to wind down. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and Cookworks coffee machine. A clothes washer is available. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning. Please be aware the apartment is on the 6th floor and the building does not have a lift.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The building has no lift, and the apartment is on the 6th floor, accessible by stairs only. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.



Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

One of the most historic and lively streets in Paris, Rue Saint-Denis runs through the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, connecting Les Halles to the grands boulevards. The street and its surrounding neighbourhood have been undergoing a renaissance in recent years, with independent coffee shops, natural wine bars, Vietnamese restaurants and creative studios filling the spaces between long-established fabric merchants and wholesale suppliers. The covered passages of the 2nd arrondissement, including the beautiful Galerie Vivienne and the Passage des Panoramas, are a short walk away and make for a wonderful rainy-day wander.



The neighbourhood is brilliantly central. The Centre Pompidou and the Marais are a ten-minute walk east, and the gardens and Forum of Les Halles are just to the west. The lively Montorgueil street market, one of Paris's best for fresh produce, cheese and pastries, is around the corner. For culture, the Opéra Comique and the Bourse de Commerce, François Pinault's striking contemporary art museum, are both within easy reach. The Métro at Étienne Marcel and Les Halles puts the whole city at your fingertips.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
