The lively resort of Tsilivi, with its array of restaurants, traditional tavernas, and water park, is only 10 minutes away by car. Back at the villa, an inviting private pool and spacious terraces set the perfect scene for alfresco dining. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Observer is located in the picturesque village of Kypseli with stunning views across the rooftops and surrounding countryside. This sleepy village provides a relaxing backdrop for your Greek holiday in the sun. Porto Roulis Kipsili natural stone cove and the Ionian Sea is only 5 minutes’ drive away and the popular resort of Tsilivi is a 10 minute drive. An array of restaurants, shops and the Tsilivi Water Park are within easy reach. If you wish to explore more, then head North to visit the famous Blue Caves and the unspoiled mountainous terrain, or take a trip to the historic Zante Town.
