One bedroom apartment with terrace and park view

One bedroom apartment in the city center. Located only 10min walking from the main square.

It is newly redecorated, cozy and charming with lots of small details that will make your stay comfortable and give you the feeling of home. It has one bedroom with balcony, kitchen with dining area, living room with the big terrace, entrance hall and bathroom.

The living room can be separated from the rest of the apartment with the big sliding doors becoming the second bedroom while the kitchen and the dining area serves as a living room.

The apartment is orientated on north and south and on the green parks from both sides of the building. So you can enjoy in nice view from the terraces. The bigger terrace is orientated on the south and it is a perfect place to start a day with morning coffee that you can make with the coffee machine in a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment can accommodate 4-5 persons. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom on a double bed and 2 persons can sleep in the living room on a double sofa bed. There is also an extra folding bed for the 5th person. If you are coming with a baby we can give you a baby cot on your request.

There is also a big screen cable TV, WiFI washing machine, air condition, DVD player and everything you might need during your stay.

Pets are allowed to stay with an extra charge of 10€/day/pet.

The property was great as wasxthe location, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Had a lovely Evening in Zagreb before spending most of our time at the festival. Would definitely come back to both the apartment a d the city

Great location, close to everything. Apt was very comfortable with very good AC (needed) & shower.

The apartment is great, well lit and spacious. Tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed in the apartment with our 2 children very comfortably. The apartment is located next to a playground in an excellent neighborhood. Great location to go out and explore the city

Decent location tough check in

This apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the main square with restaurants and shops nearby. Beware, when you finally find this apartment you have to closely follow the instructions to get in the room. Unfortunately at first you have to park in a public spot on the front of the apartments ( you are supposed to park in the back but then you have to run up the 64 stairs to get a key to give you access to the back). If you are not lighting fast you will get a 13 Euro parking ticket. Also Apple Maps will take you to a wrong location. The host was no help with the ticket

A lovely apartment right in the central part of Zagreb!

This was the perfect vacation apartment! It was very spacious and very well-stocked. Every thing you need for a short-term stay is right there (including a washer right in the apartment, which was a huge bonus!). The check-in was a self-check process, which means you can check in late at night with no problems. It involved several steps, but the host sent detailed instructions. The host was always very responsive, and got back right away with any questions. The location was perfect! Right in the middle of central Zagreb, but in a quiet side street so that it was not too noisy at night. I would highly, highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is clean, spacious and everything was in perfect shape. Davor did reply super fast to all our requests und was very friendly. Cute little apartment

You'll have everything you'll need for your stay in the city. Just be sure to know that you will have a lot of stair climbing to get in the apt. This apt would be very hard for people with heavy luggage.

Beautiful Apartment in Excellent Location

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is excellent, it is close to all the main attractions and convenient to transit lines. The apartment has a lot of charm and the sunny balcony was very pleasant. There was plenty of hot water, a nice cookstove, good heating, and a very comfortable bed. Davor was an excellent host and very helpful. The apartment was a little dusty and scuffed, but the bathroom, kitchenware, and linens were all clean and nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The drawbacks were having to lug my heavy luggage up three tall flights of stairs, non-stop sounds of kids playing in the courtyard, and cigarette smoke wafting up from people gathering in front of the building to smoke. But overall these things were insignificant and I would highly recommend the place and plan to make it my usual residence whenever I am in Zagreb. As a single woman, I felt very safe both in the apartment and in the neighborhood and was treated very professionally by the management.

Really nice accommodation

It's close to the center so that we could walk to the main points of interest in the center. Also it has two balkonies, one to the south, one to the north. So if the weather is fine, you can enjoy the sun. Zagreb is totally a dog city, there are everywhere people going for a walk with their dog.

Lovely Apartment

Home was great spot for couples to say. On this trip it was just me and my dog. There is not a lot of parking in the apartment area as the available parking is shared with multiple buildings. Owner was able to help me find parking for my truck in a parking gargage which was about 5-10min walk away, which was not too bad. The walk into the center city was easy, so if breaks are needed, its not to far to get back. There is a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apt so travel light if you can.

Great location to see the city

We arrived after dark in the rain, with no cell service with us. The taxi driver called the host and found a way forus to get in. After that all was good.

Très bon emplacement et logement bien équipé!

L arrivée a été un peu compliquée, les codes reçus par courriel n’étaient pas les bons, mais l’hôte a rapidement envoyé quelqu’un pour nous aider. Le logement (au 3e étage) est beau, propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Il est à 15-18 minutes de marche du centre-ville, 10 minutes par tram. On a pu laisser l’auto stationnée durant tout notre séjour. Aussi, l’hôte a laissé un cartable avec plusieurs informations pertinentes qui nous ont été utiles. De tous les endroits où nous sommes restées en Croatie, c’était le logement répondant le mieux à nos besoins.

We have spent one week in Zagreb. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Davor is a really nice person, very helpful and available. The apartment is well located in a residential area and not too far from the city center. Tram station is very close by. The apartment is clean, very quiet, however, a few essentials are missing in the kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We loved Zagreb and felt at home. An authentic Zagreb experience

The apartment is nice and extremely clean. It was a ten minute walk to city centre so very easy to see everything. There was parking for a fee, and a few spots for free. Our only suggestion is that a replacement mattress is needed.
