First Floor:

Ascend to the first floor where restful nights await. The large bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-sized bed, wardrobe, and dressing table, ensuring ample space for your belongings and a peaceful night's sleep. Adjacent is a cosy yet comfortable smaller bedroom, furnished with two single 'trundle' beds, ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together. At the rear, you'll find a beautiful and spacious full bathroom complete with an overhead shower above the bath, offering a rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring.

We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, which is why we gladly welcome well-behaved pets to our accommodation. Please note that the outside space is a paved yard and as this is a terraced home, the space is small.

Check-in/out:

For your convenience, we offer remote access with easy self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at your leisure. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 10 am. Please remember to take care of the keys during your stay, as lost keys incur a £100 replacement fee.



The Neighborhood:

A pretty 15 minute walk in to Chester Town Centre, Handbridge is an extremely popular Chester Suburb. From quirky gastropubs to local delis, every taste can be catered for in Handbridge, surrounding the perimeter of the historic Roman walls. The Ship Inn is a go-to destination in Handbridge, overlooking the River Dee, you can make your way through the diverse food and drinks menu in an idyllic setting. Or if you fancy cooking in, there is an award winning butchers in Handbridge.



If you prefer a more traditional pub setting, check out The Grosvenor Arms. Boasting a friendly and relaxed ambience, you can enjoy delicious traditional home cooked classics and the pub’s satisfying cask ales.



There is a convenience store a short walk from the property and just a five minute walk away a good sized Co-op.



Getting Around:

The property is ideally located for walking into town, or there are bus routes which pass by fairly close.

If you're driving, the property has off-street parking and within Chester there are numerous car-parks available.



Other Things to Note:

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.



Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.



A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;



-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.

-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.

-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.

-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.

-Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
