Apartment located on the first floor, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Maximum capacity for 4 people.
Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!
It has a large terrace with views of the pool and garden and a table to enjoy breakfasts or meals in the sun. Living dining room with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace.
Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and wardrobes; the second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 people (90 x 190 cm) with a wardrobe.
1 bathroom
It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with 2 swimming pools, gardens, tennis court and children's play area.
First floor without lift.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement.
Groups of unaccepted young people.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc

Bonito apartamento!
Apartamento ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en Calella. Cuenta con una amplia terraza perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del buen tiempo, además de una piscina comunitaria muy agradable. Su ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra cerca de la playa, lo que permite ir caminando y aprovechar al máximo los días de sol y mar. Una opción perfecta para descansar en pareja o en familia.

It's ideally located for walking to the beach.. The apartment is very nice and cozy, with a spacious terrace perfect for enjoying the good weather. The community is also lovely, with a swimming pool and gardens.

Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, cet appartement offre un cadre à la fois chaleureux et accueillant. Vous pourrez profiter d’une spacieuse terrasse, parfaite pour savourer les journées ensoleillées. Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza deficiente.
La ubicación.
Falta de mantenimineto. Mala limpieza. Cubrecamas sucios. Las llaves no funcionan bien, la instalación eléctrica antigua, las luces de las habitaciones no funcionan bien. No se hace seguimiento del apartamento cuando se alquila.

La ubicación ya que es la zona que estaba buscando y la urbanización que está muy bien cuidada
Al apartamento le falta reforma en la cocina y el baño. Son muy antiguos. La cortina del baño estaba sucia. La puerta de entrada cuesta abrir

Fantàstic
Es un apartament fantàstic, l’ubicació es ideal per gaudir de les platges, camins de ronda, centre de Calella Palafrugell i restaurants. Fins i tot es pot anar caminant al festival de Cap Roig.
