The apartment’s highlight is its large terrace and its magical view of the coastline to the east, particularly the Medes Islands. The apartment is comfortable; the bathroom could use a little updating, but overall it exudes a charm that reflects the character of the Cap Sa Sal building.

We had a lovely stay here, the large balcony with the stunning view was wonderful. We loved exploring the local beaches and also enjoyed the lovely pool on the rocks. Although we didn’t meet Juan he was very responsive over message. Would recommend

Amazing location

The photos do not do this location justice! It is an absolutely stunning location- beautiful views, wonderful beaches walking distance and amazing pool, swimming and snorkelling from the property. The terrace has a perfect view of the costa brava!

Amazing apartment in a beautiful Paradise. It’s our 3rd time at Cap Sa Sal, first time at Juan’s place. Everything you could need in the apartment and the most lovely views from the lounge & bedroom. We saw Dolphins 3 times ! Juan is a great host & responds quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend.

Magnificent!

This property is incredible. There are no pictures that would do it justice. While the pictures are amazing, they cannot capture how stunning this property is! The unit is perfect. Well appointed kitchen with all the needs for cooking, Wifi, TV, AC, beach towels and the washer was ideal for us as this was our last stay of our 3 week vacation. The beds are comfortable and Juan even had new sheets for us. The weather was not cooperative during some of our time there but we were so close to everything Costa Brava has to offer that we found plenty to do when swimming was not an option. Juan was very communicative and patient with us as we had a bit of trouble getting our rental car at the airport. He gave us a tour of the entire facility and was prompt with all responses to any communications we had prior to and throughout our stay. This place is just a dream! Family friendly and also romantic so a perfect place no matter what your expectations are for your stay. The only thing to consider is the size of your family. We have 3 kids and it was a bit cramped for a family of 5 but that in no way took away from our stay! My 5 star rating still stands! Magnificent is the only way to really describe this place and our overall experience staying here. I would have stayed for weeks if I could. Booking this apartment will guarantee an experience of a lifetime! I cannot recommend it highly enough! Thank you, Juan, for making this a vacation that we will remember forever!

What an incredible view and access to nearby beaches and water activities. The deck is amazing, offering sunrise views and ample light into the apartment every day. You can walk down to the resort’s on site water access or pool, or take a 20 minute walk to nearby sa tuna beach. The apartment is very bare bones, but not in a bad way. There were not soap or cleaning products in the shower, but otherwise all household cleaning and cooking ware was as needed.

Appartement au calme ,climatisé et idéalement situé à bord de falaise avec une vue inoubliable, une belle piscine d'eau de mer, une petite crique privée avec des transats en libre accès un peu partout, de belles escapades tout le long de la côte, de jolies villes à visiter (Bégur, Gérone, Platja d'aro, figueres..)

D'ailleurs, je vous ai demandé si vous aviez besoin de quelque chose, et vous n'avez rien dit. Si vous vouliez un autre oreiller, pourquoi ne l'avez-vous pas demandé ? Si vous n'aimiez pas les draps, que personne ne s'en est encore plaint et qu'ils sont neufs chaque année, pourquoi ne m'en avez-vous pas parlé ? Excellent séjour

Excellent accueil de Juan qui a pris le temps de tout nous montrer dans l'appartement et dans la résidence. Appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé tout en étant très calme. La vue du balcon est absolument incroyable et les environs sont très chouettes. Bonne literie également. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

Super expérience dans un lieu unique

Appartement très fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter des vacances. La vue est magnifique depuis toutes les pièces. Le balcon est le grand plus, ainsi que les équipements communs de la copropriété : piscine a eau de mer, bars / restaurants/ transats au bord de la piscine... l'acces se fait à travers un ascenceur, tres pratique. Juan est tres réactif et sympa. A refaire sans doute !

Comme un rêve...

Nous avons vécu comme un rêve nos 3 semaines de vacances. Tout a été parfait. Juan nous a beaucoup facilité les démarches, nous a renseignés et accueillis (y compris avec des boissons fraiches au frigo). Depuis chaque pièce il y a une vue incroyable sur la mer. La "pièce maitresse" est la balcon: immense, avec une toile de tente pour se protéger du soleil, une vue incroyable. Nous avons passé vraiment de magnifiques heures sur le balcon, à toute heure de la journée, depuis le thé du petit déjeuner jusqu'au jeu de cartes du soir. Nous avons aussi énormément apprécié la piscine et l'accès direct à la mer (petite crique avec une eau limpide). Dans les petits + sympa, signalons la possibilité de commander pain et croissants, livrés à la réception le matin. Bref, un petit coin de paradis à recommander

situation magnifique

Très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Bien équipé. Ensemble immobilier magnifique héritage d'un ancien hôtel de luxe (mobilier d'époque conservé dans les parties communes) avec multitude d'accès directs et privatifs à la mer. Belle piscine. attention voiture indispensable pour les courses et parking parfois compliqué. Accueil parfait de Juan
