The Pearl Beachfront Villa - Rhodes Beach Villa offers a private pool and luxury, located directly on a pristine beach in a secluded and peaceful setting in the southern part of Rhodes. It features a unique decorative style with modern Greek details, offering exceptional 4-star accommodation. The villa has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and 3 private bathrooms, as well as beautiful balconies with mesmerizing sea views. The sea view from the balcony is breathtaking, and watching the August full moon rise is simply magical, as well as watching the sunrise! The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a dining area with exquisite design and a beautiful living room. In the comfortable living room, guests will find a screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a central glass door leading to the stunning pool and breathtaking sea view. Outside, guests will find the private pool with sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing. Additionally, there is a barbecue facility and a seating area for enjoying evenings with loved ones.
In the 2.000 sq.m. outdoor area, guests will find a beautifully planted garden for villa visitors, featuring various fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, zucchini, spring onions, parsley, arugula, etc., as well as all the herbs needed for cooking or grilling at the barbecue next to the pool. The villa is exactly what you need to fully enjoy your summer holiday.

The location of this property is outstanding; situated on a beautiful, expansive beach that is almost like having your own private beach.
The house is exactly what you need for your summer holiday. A beautiful pool and from the door to the sea just a 2 minute walk. It's a new-build and the garden has been beautifully planted. You will love eating fresh vegetables from the garden, the tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers, peppers, zucchini, etc. were delicious and you can use the herbs when you cook or grill fish or steaks on the bbq by the pool. The view of the sea from the balcony is amazing and watching the August full moon rise is just magical. The layout of the house with one double bedroom and a bathroom on each floor made it perfect for your family's needs. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The house is right on the beach, A great house for summer holiday!
