Welcome to our charming little villa with private access to the seafront just 10 meters from the house and only 10 minutes away from the center of Carloforte. An oasis of tranquility, ideal for couples seeking relaxation.
Inside the villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious loft-style open-plan living room. On the loft, which is open to the main living area, you will find a comfortable double bed (160x200cm). The rooms are not closed off, so the living room and loft remain acoustically connected, creating a friendly and shared atmosphere. The spacious living room on the ground floor offers a living area and dining area a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with local products, and a bathroom with shower for your daily comfort. From the windows you can admire the beautiful sea view, offering moments of pure serenity and relaxation.
The villa is completely independent, has a private road access, and offers private parking under a convenient canopy, ensuring convenience during your stay.
The center of Carloforte is reachable in a 10-minute walk both along the sea in front of the house and on the road.
