Small but clean and centrally located.
Overall it was a great experience. Quick rides to old town, the zoo, and the beach. Adam was very attentive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and stay there again myself.
Nice little place with a great view
The casita was really nice, small but perfect for our family, and with a great view! Our stay was comfortable, and the owner was responsive to any queries.
Everything was just fine.
If you are a business traveler or just a tourist, you will just fine here. Clean and comfy, 5 minutes from airport. Very close to downtown. The
extremely large luxury TV requires something like an advanced degree in IT to be able to operate. All in all, very lovely.
Charmy casita well located with a view and excellent service from Adam!

As expected, we (3 adults) really enjoyed our stay in this old Adam's house located in the nice quiet area of Mission Hills. Several windows allow a beautiful view. Upon our arrival, beer, popcorn and coffee beans were very much appreciated. The bed is comfortable, but the 3rd person slept better on the couch rather than the extra bed. Adam responds quickly and is very helpful. The house is very well located. Nearby, we visited Balboa park; sailed in the bay by motor boat and sail; tanned on the beach of ocean beach; visited Tijuana (margarita, ceviche, buritos) in Mexico (crossing the border on foot is better); tasted beers (microbrewery) and wines (vinery)! In short, a very good stay! We highly recommend this house!

The inside is nice, quiet area
My duration of the stay was 8 days long. My stay was amazing and Adam was great with responding in a timely manner.
Impression of the cottage: I thought it was really nice, there were only a couple of things I didn't like, the towel rack being right next to the toilet, the tv being off to the side so it was awkward to watch stuff depending where you were sitting (one of my guests preferred sitting infront of the door on the floor), and the bed sheets being white.
Besides that, the area was pretty quiet. Cooking was fine, there was already the basics, sugar, salt, flour, cooking oil.
There was already shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bath room. No counter space unfortunately but I made it work.
The main room, has nice big windows (no screens so careful of bugs flying in during the summer!) the shades were my problem, I'm rather short so pulling them down on bright days was difficult, not a huge fan of standing on furniture.
Overall, the place was wonderful, close enough to the airport and other locations so that was really nice, I would love to stay again in the future.
Great view and centrally located
This was our first time to San Diego and staying here made it an amazing experience. It is centrally located to downtown and all the great sights. Nice quiet neighborhood. There is some airport noise, but it was not at all a problem. Bright and airy with wonderful views. Loved the old charm of the casita. Would definitely recommend staying here.
