Hi, my name is Adam and I have lived in San Diego for the past 5 years. I'm an aerospace engineer and have acquired several rental properties. Recently I decided to convert some of my favorites into vacation rentals.
Adam Stein purchased this Cottage in 2014

The inside is nice, quiet area
My duration of the stay was 8 days long. My stay was amazing and Adam was great with responding in a timely manner.
Impression of the cottage: I thought it was really nice, there were only a couple of things I didn't like, the towel rack being right next to the toilet, the tv being off to the side so it was awkward to watch stuff depending where you were sitting (one of my guests preferred sitting infront of the door on the floor), and the bed sheets being white.
Besides that, the area was pretty quiet. Cooking was fine, there was already the basics, sugar, salt, flour, cooking oil.
There was already shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bath room. No counter space unfortunately but I made it work.
The main room, has nice big windows (no screens so careful of bugs flying in during the summer!) the shades were my problem, I'm rather short so pulling them down on bright days was difficult, not a huge fan of standing on furniture.
Overall, the place was wonderful, close enough to the airport and other locations so that was really nice, I would love to stay again in the future.
Great view and centrally located
This was our first time to San Diego and staying here made it an amazing experience. It is centrally located to downtown and all the great sights. Nice quiet neighborhood. There is some airport noise, but it was not at all a problem. Bright and airy with wonderful views. Loved the old charm of the casita. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Terrific casita with great views
Adam’s casita is exactly as pictured. In a very quiet, upscale neighborhood very close to everything. Old Town is only a mile away, Balboa Park 4 Miles, beaches 5 miles. Very comfortable furnishings and the bed is perfect. Loved the additional touches of fresh coffee beans to use in the grinder along with water and beer. Bathroom is small but very clean and functional with nice towels along with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The best part is the view — lovely airport and ocean views. Adam was very courteous and checked several times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return.
Comfortable, clean, private little "home away" with a week's worth of lovely sunsets
We were more than happy with our time at the Casita. It is roomy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable, quiet holiday week stay. Everything was clean and fresh and the neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. It is very well located--easy to get to old town and Balboa Park with easy freeway access, but far enough away that we were not aware of the freeway at all. Adam was quick to respond to a question we had and was pleasant in helping us. I would highly recommend this airy aerie--it is upstairs above an apparently infrequently used garage and with its wide western view has the feel of being up above it all. The Casita is a charming find for a stay in San Diego.
Nice place for the price. Great location.

Everything you need!
The property was clean and slept 2 adults and 2 teen boys perfectly. All you need to enjoy a clean, picturesque stay was available. Adam was quick to respond and super helpful. The Patio was lovely. We easily walked to Old Town from here. My son's wanted to move in! Great vibe, quiet rest and comfortable bed. Thanks to you Adam - we had a great (though short, sadly) stay in San Diego. Highly recommended property for a couple (up to 4 people).
