conveniences to enhance your stay, with a fully equipped kitchen
including a washing machine, dishwasher and two coffee machines, a
dining area for memorable meal times and a cozy lounge area with a
flat-screen TV where you can relax and unwind. The outdoor balcony with
comfortable seating, is perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening
sunsets while taking in the breathtaking mountain and ocean views.
Fresh towels and crisp linen will be provided during your stay.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with its own unique charm.
Bedroom 1 has an En-suite bathroom and a comfortable double bed for a
restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 has two cozy single beds, ideal

inviting, offering a shower, toilet and basin atop a vanity.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you, to meet at the property, which is situated at Ocean View Apartments. You will be staying at Unit B901.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge with you about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
