- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, and may accept pets on a request basis.
- This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
- This home has external cctv cameras at the front and rear of the property, as well as an internal cctv camera in the entrance hallway facing the front door.
- The wifi connection on the upper floors is less stable than it is in the basement.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
