This apartment offers you, in addition to excellent accommodation in 2 bedrooms, a panoramic view from Vilamoura to Armação de Pêra, where the sea is predominant.
Inside, you will find large spaces well-decorated with refinement and excellent materials, including the spacious living room with an equipped kitchenette, 2 very cozy bedrooms, and 2 modern bathrooms.
Outside, you will find a private terrace with generous dimensions, featuring a leisure area, a dining area and a sea view. On the roof of the building, there is a common leisure area with a fantastic mirrored pool, blending in with the blues of the sky and sea. Absolutely indescribable.
The apartment is located 500 meters from Olhos de Água beach, as well as main services, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and other amenities.
Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 30 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €300 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.Extra services with additional cost:Transfers * Rent-a-car * Chef * Extra Cleaning * Concierge Service * Yacht Tickets * Diving * Boat Trips * Water and Theme Park Tickets * Extra Beds * Cribs * Highchair * Baby Stroller *
