You'll be greeted by a cosy open-plan living area, and a fully-equipped kitchen to create delicious meals, or why not order a local takeaway and chill out in the your private patio garden for relaxed night in.
Both bedrooms boast cosy double beds which are elegantly designed offering a tranquil space for a good night's sleep. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The modern bathroom features Walk in Shower, offering a refreshing start and end to your day.

Balham & Clapham Town are 10-20minute walk in either direction. Located on the Northern Line underground there is quick and easy access into Central London to Londons infamous tourist attractions
