This 1 bedroom apartment with 1 x double bed and 1 x double sofa bed is designed to a modern standard & maximum comfort, designed to be finished to be high standard. The kitchen has all of the appliances & accessories you would need to call the suites a second home including microwave, oven, crockery & more! All apartments have their own bathroom.

This apartment is over two floors, the ground floor is the kitchen area and then upstairs to the living area, bedroom and bathroom.

For this property we have one parking permit which allows free parking for one car during your stay, There are also closely situated car parks like Bond Street Car Park which is a 1-2 minute walk.

There is a cleaning fee of £38 per apartments and fully refundable damage deposit of £150 per apartment

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit .

You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
