Charming 19th-century panoramic stone house overlooking the sea, surrounded by forest and terraced land with 60 olive trees and 40 citrus trees. The property is spread over two floors (total 60 sqm): the first floor features a living room with fireplace and sofa (also a double bed), bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a loft with two single beds. The 80 sqm terrace, shaded by a grape pergola, is perfect for outdoor dining during the season. Private parking space for 2 cars.

The house in the middle of nature and with beautiful panoramic sea view

The location was perfect, far away from noise of the village, just the 2 km long access path was very dusty. The property offers complete privacy and relax. Giuseppe was very helpful about everything we needed.

Superbe maison avec vue incroyable

La maison est au bout d’un chemin perdu dans la nature avec une vue plongeante sur la mer: un petit coin de paradis. Seul bémol la procédure d’Abritel: tu cliques pour un prix pour le séjour et au bout du compte le propriétaire rajoute des frais à payer (électricité, serviette, drap, ménage, Gaz, eau chaude) Dommage!

Hello Sylvie and thank you so much for the review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the peace and quiet of our panoramic farmhouse located in the Cilento National Park Integral Reserve. Regarding the extra costs we would like to say that we decided to exclude them from the cost of the reservation (which consequently is lower) so that guests only paid for what they consumed. For example: it is possible to choose to request linen from us at an additional price or bring it from home, saving a bit; the cost of electricity, on the other hand, is calculated by consumption through meter reading, so that guests pay only what they have actually consumed. Ein tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht. Die Zuwegung ist allerdings nicht ganz einfach. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern könnte auch etwas umfangreicher sein. Insgesamt aber super.
