Modern Clean Place

Happy Rentals - quick response from company but not local rep. Luckily we had the WhatsApp app as that’s how we received info for key /lockbox location. Air conditioner not working - did send someone to look (1hour late) but didn’t fix. poor communication from local happy rentals rep. Apartment was nice. Clean, new, nice shower, a few things were missing like a garbage can, bigger coffee mugs, no kitchen towel, paper towels. No directions for washer or wifi. Overall nice place. Owner needs to add some things to improve experience. Fans up and down would be a nice addition too great location!
