Studio located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator and a shared outdoor swimming pool, only 240mt from the beach. It's equipped with a kitchenette, a dining table, a double sofa bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony with seaview. It comes with one covered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
