Lovely two bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests in a beautiful residence with pool, just 600m from the beach and 200m from the center of Rosolina Mare. It can be located on the ground floor with a garden (fenced with wooden boards but not with a net) or on the first or second floor with a terrace. It consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds or bunk bed, living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, Tv and a bathroom with shower.
A/C is available with dual cooling/heating function.
Private parking.
Pool open between 01/06 and 08/09. WiFi available from 01/04 to 30/09.

° The residence swimming pool is ideal for both adults and children, open daily from 09:00 to 19:00, exclusively during between 01/06 and 08/09. Please note that the use of a pool cap is mandatory.
At the residence you will find a restaurant and a bar for your comfort. Moreover, a bicycle rental shop is located just 100 metres away from the property and a supermarket at only 150 metres.

Rosolina Mare is a small town located on the seashore and close to the wonderful natural landscape of the Po river delta. It features 8 kilometers of free golden sandy beaches and bathing establishments. Ideal for families and groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice several types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports, as kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water skiing and fishing.
