This modern residence is a recently built building located 200 meters from the beach and it overlooks the pedestrian avenue full of shops and restaurants situated along the beach.
The cozy three room apartment is situated on the second floor and it is suitable for 6 guests. It has a security door, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a satellite TV (German channels available), a microwave, a safe, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bathroom with a shower box, a window and a washing machine, a terrace and an uncovered parking space. The building does not have an elevator.
This lovely apartment provides the perfect space for you to enjoy your vacation with a group of friends or family.
