The residence is a seafront building with not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators. It is located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.

Each flat has its own parking place.

This lovely studio is ideal for 2/4 guests. It is on the third floor in front of the elevator. It consists of a large living room with a cooking corner, a small fridge, a TV, a ceiling fan, a safe and 2 double sofa beds, a bathroom with a shower box and an interior window to the building corridor, a balcony with side sea view and a covered parking place.

Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
