Welcome travellers ! Welcome to my home ! This beautiful apartment, is new on the market, with access to a beautiful living area, a massive comfy sofa and a super smart HD TV, you will definitely love your stay here.
Also included in the APT is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with colourful designs and peaceful textures. The bedrooms are also with a chic standard with colours throughout and massive and large bathrooms.
A small private terrace is also available for some fresh air.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A large living area, with a large comfortable sofa and a SMART TV, all private for the guest. The guest has also to a small balcony. Location is second to none to !
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and the other with 2 Single beds
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
St Julians is a lively and bustling neighborhood located in the heart of Malta`s east coast. Known for its vibrant nightlife, beautiful beaches, and stunning marina, it`s a popular destination for travelers looking to experience the best of what Malta has to offer.
One of the highlights of St Julians is Spinola Bay, a picturesque harbor lined with colorful fishing boats and surrounded by some of the area`s best restaurants and cafes. It`s the perfect place to relax and soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere while enjoying a meal or a drink with friends or family.
Another popular attraction in St Julians is the Portomaso Marina, a modern and luxurious marina that`s home to some of the island`s most exclusive yachts and boats. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take in the stunning views, and indulge in some high-end shopping or dining at one of the area`s chic boutiques or restaurants.
Getting around in St Julians is easy and convenient, with a variety of transportation options available. You can easily book a ride using your smartphone and be on your way in minutes.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
