The Rock Sand Villa embodies a bohemian and tranquil aesthetic, exuding beauty in every corner. If you seek relaxation, ample lounge areas await - whether you prefer reclining on a sun lounger by the pool, indulging in the steam bath, savoring an outdoor barbecue, or unwinding beneath the shade of a magnificent tree.


The 120 sq. m villa can accommodate up to 4 people in its spacious 2 bedrooms.

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, Rock Sand Villa welcomes you with an open-plan living room adorned with a cozy sofa, a 49" Smart TV, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the living room area there is an indoor dining area with a spacious corner sofa and chairs for 8 people.


Two bedrooms await in the villa, including:


Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (0.80 m x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a king size bed with a mattress topper, 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area


Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area


Lastly, you will find an independent bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a convenient laundry room.

- The outdoor area of Rock Sand Villa can be reached directly from the living room area and offers a variety of facilities including:


- A private, 60 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.


- The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 poufs and a poolside shower


- BBQ facilities with a LANDMANN gas grill.


- Spacious outdoor dining area under the shade of the pergola for 10 people

Breakfast is an opportunity for us to give you a taste and the services we stand for. Every morning, in the comfort of your villa, we will serve you a selection of the best Greek and international products: fresh fruit juices, Greek honey, jams, fresh selection of bread, gluten-free breads, variation of pies, bio eggs, mini sandwiches, cereals, Greek yogurt, and any extra requests, for a relaxed starting day.Breakfast can be served from 08:00 to 11:30.

The Sand Villas has selected for you a range of dishes from nearby restaurants. Simply peruse the menus provided in the villa and place your order through our on-site villa manager for a delectable dining experience.


- Daily housekeeping
Daily housekeeping takes place between 11:00 to 14.00 hours.

A personal on-site manager is offered during your stay to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
