Recently renovated, this cozy apartment is very close to the beach and pine forest and is a perfect get-away to spend your holiday in the Versilia area. Perfect for a base allowing you to travel around Tuscany or for a relaxing holiday on the beach. It is composed of a a double bderoom with air conditioning, living room with air conditioning, a double sofa bed, TV , a small dining area with table and chairs and a complete bathroom with shower.
In the area surrounding the apartment you will find all the services, from supermarket, coffee bars, restaurants, pharmacies all within walking distance.
