19 Coedrath Park consists of a open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area with a TV, dining table, electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms include a double room and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a private side patio and an allocated off-road parking space for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. 19 Coedrath Park is the perfect base for an escape to the Welsh seaside. Note: The patio is not enclosed, please supervise pets and children when outside. Note: There are steps between patio and lawn, please take care. Note: Electric car charging is prohibited; car charging points are available in the nearby Regency Hall car park.
