Villa Burlotto is a holiday home with a private pool, in Piedmont near La Morra

Villa Burlotto is a newly-built 3 bedroom holiday apartment in the Langhe wine area. In a sought-after village location, the house sleeps up to 6 people and has a large pool and beautiful views.

The property has 3 large double bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a bright and spacious open-plan living space. There is a newly-fitted modern kitchen with an island, plus a dining and lounge area. The open-plan living area leads out onto a covered patio that overlooks the pool, this has an external dining table and outdoor furniture.

The property is vacant on the upper level, so the ground floor apartment with it's private pool, gardens, and car port are exclusively for the use of the guests and will not be shared with any other group.

The Villa is in the small village of Verduno near La Morra, it is unique because it is within a village location, benefiting from the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside, but it also less than 5 minutes walk from all of the local restaurants and village amenities.

Villa Burlotto is the perfect base from which to explore the Langhe. Verduno is situated in the heart of the Langhe hills which is renowned for it’s world famous wineries and is just a few minutes reach from the famous UNESCO villages of the Barolo region. It is only 10 minutes drive from the larger towns of Alba and Bra.

We live close by and are available with any queries or assistance needed for the guests.

Please note that the local tourist tax of 1.50 euro per person, per day is to be paid in cash on arrival.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, there is also a single sofa bed that is suitable for an additional child. A maximum of 9 people can stay in total including children and infants. The Master bedroom can be dressed as a twin if required. There is space for guests to bring up 2 travel cots.

Children must be supervised at all times, using the pool is entirely at your own risk.

Due to local law for private holiday homes we will need to see every guests passport/ id and sign a short stay rental aggreement in order to register your stay and tourist tax with the local authorities.
