Un studio au rez-de-chaussée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes (idéal pour un couple ou une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants) offrant aux invités un espace de vie contemporain et spacieux. Inclus sont un lit super king-size en mousse à mémoire de forme, un canapé-lit double, des tables à manger et à café, du fer à repasser, une salle de bains privative, une baignoire et une douche, une douche avec bidet, du linge de maison et des serviettes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles essentiels, une laveuse / sécheuse, un micro-ondes, un gril, un four, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur et un congélateur. Les luxes comprennent une baignoire pleine grandeur, un point de rasage (240V et 115V), un sèche-cheveux et une télévision SMART de 32 pouces avec un lecteur Blu-Ray. Sky TV satellite est également fourni avec Sky Sports HD inclus. Nous proposons également une large bande sans fil à fibre optique.

L'APPARTEMENT EST SITUÉ À UNE MARCHE DE DIX-CINQUANTE MINUTES DU CENTRE-VILLE, DE LA GARE ET DES RIVIÈRES THAMES, accompagné du parc Mill Meadows et du musée River & Rowing. Il est également à 10 minutes à pied du centre de loisirs local et de la piscine. Le centre-ville comprend de nombreux restaurants, pubs et cafés célèbres, tels que l'Hôtel Du Vin, Maison Blanc, Villa Marina, Loch Fyne, Spice Merchant etc. Il y a aussi de nombreux magasins et supermarchés, ainsi qu'un cinéma et un théâtre.

Henley-On-Thames est une ville prestigieuse et historique, dans la région de Chilterns d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle et est également réputée pour sa régate et sa musique royales de renommée internationale et d'autres festivals.

Il est facilement accessible, ayant des liaisons ferroviaires / bus avec Londres, Reading, Oxford et les villes voisines. Il est également à trente minutes en voiture de l'aéroport d'Heathrow, et est juste des autoroutes M4 et M40. (Londres 50 minutes, Oxford 35 minutes, Reading et Windsor 20 minutes).

This studio is clean, well equipped and wonderfully located, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in Henley. Came for the regatta. Studio is fully equipped though we really only used it to sleep, we didn't utilize the kitchen. Great walking distance to downtown (~10 minutes). Would definitely stay there again, given the opportunity.

8 nights in this immaculate, convenient guest quarters. The Butts are the best hosts ever, and the apartment is well stocked and well organized. We were touring London & outside of London, and made our “home base” in Henley with easy access to trains & highway. We looked forward every day to coming “home” to this property. It was perfect in every way. I recommend the Butts and this property with highest confidence.

Roomy, comfortable and exceptionally well supplied. Owner provided a selection of breakfast items; juice, milk, coffee, tea and an assortment of breads, as well as biscuits, cheese, fruit and more. Exceeded expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay. From what we had read in advance, we were anticipating good things - previous reviews had been good, the description of the accommodation seemed to be just what we were looking for – but I have to say that our expectations were exceeded. The accommodation matched up to its billing; I guess that is to be expected, but it’s not always met. The “wow factor” came with the standard of specification (the studio apartment is well laid out, nicely furnished and has all the features and appliances you could wish for), and the extras that were provided. The owner provides all sorts of food, condiments, toiletries and kitchen necessities that make a stay so easy, it’s just like being at home. It’s clear that much thought and planning has gone into making this not only a comfortable and well-spec’d studio apartment, it really is a mini “home from home”. Ideal for a short stay, it’s only a short stroll from the centre of Henley (10-15 mins max); and we’d happily stay again. Thank you!

Lovely stay in a lovely town with lovely people

Where do I begin? Henley-on-Thames is a beautiful town on a winding river, filled with kind people, historic sights, plentiful shopping, an abundance of flowers, and delicious food and beverage offerings. (The Ale Trail is pretty fun, too!) There is plenty in Henley to keep one occupied, but with some time and wanderlust, the traveler is within easy reach of London, the Cotswold, and many other places of interest. We did some wandering and loved coming back to our home each evening. The studio apartment is impeccable-clean, well-appointed, and stocked with everything the traveler needs for a comfortable stay. Really-everything! We were treated to a wide selection of breakfast options, with all the ingredients and tools we needed to dine in luxury. The bathroom is stocked with accouterments. And then there's that mattress-better than any I've slept on in my life. Along with the pretty wood floor, full kitchen, and tasteful decorating, we felt quite spoiled. The location is also perfect, providing just a 10 minute walk to the town center. Best of all are hosts Shahid and Yasmin whose warm and generous hospitality make this the only place we would think of staying in Henley. Thank you Shahid and Yasmin for a wonderful vacation, and for welcoming us into your family.

Very enjoyable stay

The accommodation was extremely well equipped and generously stocked with all sorts of helpful and welcome food items, toiletries, cleaning products and kitchen equipment. The apartment was immaculate, with good quality fixtures, all in top condition, such as a wonderfully comfortable mattress. Most of all, it was thoroughly clean throughout. The addition of parking for our car right outside was a big bonus too.

A perfect stay close to London

We have enjoyed our stay a lot as a family of four. For four adults it would be a bit too crowded but up to three or in family a perfect stay. The Butt Family (owners) are nice, welcoming and always ready to help. Living area is nice, cozy and done with detail. It is with much the best appointed appartment in which I have stayed, kitchen ist full provided and the bath material was also there. Henley has the nice feeling of a tradicional English village but it is close enough to London to go by public transport in about an hour. And for other well loved spots by the children as Oxford and Stonehenge it was a convinient drive under an hour. Shops and ammenities are also close by. Thanks for a very nice time by you again / Sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit gut ausgestatenen Kueche und Badezimmer. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfreich und Henley ist ein schoenen Dorf und man kann London, Oxford und Stonehenge in ca. 1 Stunde erreichen/ Un apartamento pequeño pero bien aprovechado con una cocina y baño perfectamente surtidos. Los dueños siempre están dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa o contestar preguntas. Henley es un pueblo muy hermoso en las orillas del Thames, y perfectamente situado para visitar lugares como Oxford, Stonenhenge o Londres (la capital se alcanza comodamente en transporte público en menos de una hora)

The property is a converted double garage with it's own front door and the most comfortable bed!!

Myself and three friends had weekend tickets for the Rewind Festival, we have camped in previous years but wanted somewhere we could have a clean toilet and warm shower without having to queue for ages. This property was amazing!! Although it's only a studio apartment it has everything you could ever need and was certainly more spacious than a tent and accommodated the four of us perfectly for three nights. We were so relieved to be able to have a warm shower and dry our hair after standing in the rain for hours on the Sunday evening. Couldn't imagine going back to a damp tent with nowhere to hang our soaked clothes. On that note the hairdryer was fantastic! Not like some you get when you're away where you could dry your hair quicker by blowing on it yourself. The kitchen had so much food in it, more than my own at home!! We all had a filling breakfast every morning, there was lovely bread in the bread bin, an excellent full fruit bowl, croissants, pain au chocolate, fruit juices, bacon, sausages, eggs and so much more than you would ever expect. In the bathroom there are lots of different types of shower gels, shampoos, conditioners etc. The bed is a Tempur, super king size and is so comfortable you can't help but having a restful nights sleep. The sofa bed is a double size and was quite hard which suited two of us who prefer a firm mattress. The owner Shahid is a really lovely man who was so helpful with advice on directions to where we needed to go and provided us with anything we needed, i.e. extra towels, toilet rolls etc. nothing seemed too much. The house is situated in a quiet road and is a 10/15 minute walk into town. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Shahid and family😊

Wonderful place to stay!

Great place to stay, plenty of room for a studio apartment and everything you need is provided. Henley on Thames is a perfect English country town and this apartment is an easy walk to downtown where there is lots of shopping and restaurants and the river activities. Also you can walk to the train which will take you to London or anywhere you need to go. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions.

Exceptionally well appointed and great location

This was an amazing find - Shahid and Yasmin have thought of every detail in this apartment. The fridge and cupboards are stocked with everything you need - the provisions would last for a week! In addition there is shampoo, shower gel, shaving foam and a myriad of other items too many to enumerate. They are very warm and generous hosts. As mentioned by everyone else the bed is profoundly comfortable and this enabled us to sleep very soundly. The location couldn't be better - 10 minutes walk to the bridge and the centre of town. Henley is a delightful place to stay with many places of interest to visit nearby or just laze by the river and watch the pleasure boats and the rowers. We will definitely return. Thank you Shahid and Yasmin for such a wonderful few days.

Great Convenient Resource

Great studio apartment - ideal for two - close to Henley. All breakfast food - and more - was supplied which made our brief visit so much more effortless. Bed is AMAZING - and room was quiet with separate access. We just found the bathroom a little narrow for us - used to US room dimensions....

Lovely, clean and convenient studio, perfect for short break

The studio is such a great little find. It's about 10 min walk into town and is really comfortable, clean and modern and has everything you could need. Shahid is a wonderful host.

Comfortable place to stay within walking distance to the town of Henley on Thames.

The studio apartment was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, including food, washer and dryer, a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven. It was complete with everything you would need for cooking, along with spices, etc. We were very happy with our stay and couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

It's within 30-50 minutes by bus/car/rail of England's major tourist cities: London, Oxford and Windsor. It's also 30-40 minutes from some of England's busiest shopping areas: Reading and Bicestor Villiage.
