Can't enjoy the stay without hot water (!!!)

One thing that beats down all other advantages... A water temperature in the shower is slightly above the room temperature or the same to it.. And In a kitchen the water is wintercold (!!!) Today is the third day of our stay and nothing has changed , the owner knows about problem from the first hour , but only promising to fix it... The kettle is problematic Turning on the washing machine is problematic , you need to press the start button multiple times before it becomes responsive... No coffe / tea machine at all despite its presence in description.

We're genuinely sorry that the hot water issue overshadowed what could have been a comfortable stay — cold water in both the shower and kitchen for three days is not something anyone should have to deal with, and we understand the frustration. The water system will be checked and clarified as a priority. We'll also look into the kettle, the washing machine's responsiveness, and the coffee/tea machine listed in the description — that last point in particular needs to be verified against what's actually on site.
