Parties are not allowed. This is a simple house with the essence Mediterranean coastal home Majorca for 6 and pool in front. The interior of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
The exteriors are defined with terraces, spacious garden and pool with spectacular sea and cliff.
Cala Pi is a protected resort on the south coast of Mallorca. Situated in a picturesque cove out in the region of Llucmajor, Cala Pi is an excellent destination if you're looking to enjoy a relaxing family vacation or a romantic getaway on the island of Mallorca.
With unspoiled nature and surrounded by a rugged coastal landscape.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Die Aussicht is umwerfend....

Die Villa ist alt, doch ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung is allerdings ziemlich veraltet. Sie hat leider einen modrigen Geruch. Der Kühlschrank scheint sehr neu und funktioniert tadellos. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem, zumal die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer. Die Badezimmer scheinen renoviert, die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, leider nicht beheizbar. Die Gartenanlage is sehr gepflegt. Für den gezahlten Preis kann man höhere Ansprüche stellen.

Great cozy, old Mallorcan house with a nice pool. Beautiful view, very quiet area . I recommend this host , all was smooth and you can really rest at this place.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders natürlich der Pool und die Aussicht. Schade war, dass die Bäder und Toiletten sehr schlecht oder gar nicht geputzt waren, unangenehm.

Lovely villa and best view you could wish for...

Lovely villa and best view you could wish for. Showers etc great and plenty hot water etc. The villa is ageing though and kitchen especially will be in need of updating soon. Seating area good inside and out and pool was perfect for what we needed. We had a couple of storms and think that somebody ought to have come and cleaned pool as that collected quite a bit of sand. Outside area directly by sitting room needed a good brush down as a lot of bugs and flies etc which we did ourselves. Some areas in house were a little dusty such as bedside lamps and in corners there were some more lovely bugs but saying this it was easy to sort. In all we had an excellent time at this villa. Thank you.

Fantastic...

We had a great time in villa Helios.The view of the ocean from the house is amazing. The pool very big and refreshing and the terrace had sun the whole day. The Vila itself is clean, cosy and well equiped.The location of the villa is great. Just a short walk to the town with a small supermarket, some nice restaurants and the beautiful bay of Cala Pi.We will highly recommand this villa and hopefully we can come back in the future.

Heerlijk!

We hebben heerlijk genoten in Vila Helios. Het uitzicht over de zee is prachtig vanuit de grote tuin met Prive zwembad. Het huis is is prima en goed uitgerust. De vernieuwde badkamer is fijn. De ligging is perfect. Rustig maar binnen 20 minuten wandelen van de baai en diverse restaurants/supermarkt. Contact met de verhuurder ging heel makkelijk. We komen graag terug.

Fantastic stay...

We had a fantastic stay! The view is breathtaking and the house is super practical. A car is needed for this location. A small village with a few restaurants and a mini market couple of minutes away by car, or a walk. Very quiet and chilled area. Recommend for a great stay!

Das Haus und vor allem der wunderschöne Ausblick haben einen sehr großen Anteil daran getragen. Es war alles in Ordnung...

Ein schönes Haus mit einem fantastischem Ausblick in einer sehr ruhigen und sehr schönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut und es ist alles da, was auch angegeben ist und sogar noch mehr. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr gut. Bei Fragen wird schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet . Vielen Dank dafür.

Perfekte Lage, super Ausblick, ein paar Schönheitsfehler

Insgesamt ein gutes Haus für Familien oder Freunde, die Ruhe und einen herrlichen Ausblick genießen möchten. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren phantastisch! Auch der Pool und die verschiedenen Terrassen sind gut. Innen waren wir etwas enttäuscht über z. T. durchgelegene Matratzen und sehr unbequemen Sofas. Eine Grundfeuchtigkeit führt leider zu einer gewissen Muffigkeit des Hauses (besonders die Bettwäsche) und auch sonst war es nicht allzu sauber. Die Einrichtung und vor allem die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch war alles in allem praktisch und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Cala Pi est une petite ville résidentielle, au calme....

La Villa est située au haut d'une falaise surplombant la mer et vous offre un panorama exceptionnel. C'est une maison très agréable à vivre avec tout le nécessaire; nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Les formalités d'arrivée et de départ sont très simples, accompagnées de bons conseils sur les facilités alentours (restaurants, supermarché etc..). Si l'occasion se présente, nous y retournerons très volontiers.

Lovely house with a fabolous view!! It’s recommended to have a car to go to the grocery store. Restaurants and small shops within 20-25 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay in Cala Pi.

Cala pi sept 2018

The villa is generally very nice and situated in a perfect location but our experience could have been even more enjoyable but for a few snags. We are no strangers having been there 15 times over the last 12 years and have stayed in 6 other properties there. Our check in was well managed by Alfredo, the agent from Villaonline.es and we settled in well on the first day. The only observations to make at that point were the lack of a kettle and a microwave. The house and pool were very clean and beds clean and comfortable and all rooms were fitted with retractable fly screens although some of the bedroom ones had rips in the bottom corners rendering them not as effective as they should be. The first morning we woke to find we had no running water and outside the irrigation system was constantly running flooding parts of the garden. We contacted Villaonline WhatsApp and received no reply so then phoned them and was told the maintenance man would be ther within the hour. 2 hours later he had still not arrived and he eventually turned up another hour later and turned the irrigation off and assured us we would have no further problems. All this had meant that our first morning was completely wasted as we could not wash or leave the villa for lunch. The next morning we again had no running water and had to go through the same procedure again but this time an agent from villa online offices attended as well but only after I sent them a picture af a water leak in the pump house. This again took another couple of hours to sort out and was told that the repair, although effective would need another visit but was non urgent and would not affect us during our stay. So again another wasted morning. The rest of the stay was uneventful until the day before we were due to check out. We returned from lunch to find the gates open and found 2 maintenance men in the garden playing with the pool pump which had been functioning perfectly during our stay. Then a 3rd man turned up all all seemed to not know what they were doing.. we had wanted to use the pool and patio to relax on our last afternoon but were unable to do so. One of the men asked me to speak to the owner on the phone and he begged me to let them into the house. I said I was not happy but allowed them to do so. I contacted Villaonline but there office was closed so spoke to Alfredo who said the men should not be there while we were staying there and he sent them away. Feel a part refund should be offered.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus hat einen Traumausblick auf das Meer und die Klippen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmässig aber vollkommen genügend. Die Lage ist sehr abseits. Wer was erleben will, sollt nicht dahin gehen. Zum Erholen sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt nen kleinen Laden 2Km entfernt vom Haus wo man das nötigste Einkaufen kann. 19Km entfernt ist der nächst grössere Supermarkt.

Fantastiskt läge!

Huset var rymligt med all nödvändig utrustning och ok sängar. Trädgården uppfyllde alla förväntningar. Cala Pi är en liten by som saknar större mataffär, men vi handlade i Campos 20 minuter därifrån. Cala Pi har också mycket strategiskt läge med närhet till Palma och österut till de fantastiska vikarna och stränderna.
