It is situated in the suggestive Cannaregio district, on Strada Nova, a few steps from Ponte delle Guglie and only 5 minutes walk from Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the guest stay tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

Peaceful & Romatic with great location
This space was very peaceful and quiet, even though as soon as you stepped out of the front door you realized it was in a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood. It is steps from one of the water bus lines, which makes it very convenient to get anywhere in the city.

Excellent Property
Although our check in time was in the afternoon, the host representative met us early so we could check into the suite upon our arrival in Venice. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It is in a great location and only about a 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma which makes it easy to access. We would not hesitate to recommend this great property to anyone.
